3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • We offer multiple payment options, including Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For Bank Transfer payments, customers must provide valid payment proof if requested. Orders will only be processed after payment verification.

  • For COD orders, customers agree to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

  • We offer secure payment methods to ensure safe transactions.

  • Velirra is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party payment services.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched.

  • Velirra reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Velirra is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

6.1 Returns

  • Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery, or

    • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (images/videos).

6.2 Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from Velirra.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
